"Childhood Memories" was an exhibition of paintings from Sim Chan, Lin Yuling and Vaan Ip, inspired by childhood memories that are fondly remembered. We are often tempted to look b ack on childhood as a time of uncomplicated happienss and innocence. Yet the artists in this exhibition attempt to present a different view, exploring the inner feeling of loneliness and alienation they felt growing up in today's society. The work captures the essence of pure life experiences from two unique generations and living in two different worlds... Hong Kong and China.
